• Do you supply software?

    Yes, we supply the software for billing. Our software is cloud based and protected and secure by virtual private network. You are able to connect 24/7 from anywhere that you have internet access.  


    You are able to see your patient's balances and collect and post co-pays in any patient's balance. It is as though your billing is being done in-house and you can view all billing in real time and access reports as necessary. 

  • Will I have a dedicated person to speak with?

    Yes, each account has a dedicated biller that they can talk to. In the event that the biller cannot answer your inquiries satisfactory, the owner is always onsite and available. 

  • How much billing experience does your billing service have?

    Precise Medical Billing has been in the business for 30 years. We also have a billing school where we train our staff internally. 


  • Can you integrate with other electronic medical records systems?

    Yes we have the ability to integrate with many EHR systems. Call our office to inquire. 


  • Do you charge for everytime a claim has to be billed?

    No, we will bill the claim as many times as it takes to bring the claim to resolution, because we don't get paid until you do. 


  • Do you take calls from our patients?

    Yes, we are available to help with any calls that your office cannot handle. Our number is listed on the patient's statement for all billing questions. 


  • Do you do credentialing?

    Yes we do credentialing, however it is not included in the billing services. There is a separate charge for credentialing. 


  • What are the benefits of outsourcing the billing?
